Hacker in console.
So my friend has a server and we really enjoy it but, theres a server hacker that is hacking the console. Everytime we ban her, she unbans herself. and she will op herself and Stop the server randomly.

How bout seeing if she opped another person who ops her

just ban the ip that they are logging in from
Lol first of all if "it" "hacked" into your console it probably isnt a she... And try to ban the ip... if your server is in offline mode. put it on online mode and enable the whitelist. the bad thing about this is that Op's can still bypass the Whitelist. If the server is hosted by lets say CreeperHost for example, contact them and ask them for the ip's that have logged into the console. Or let them check it. If 2 diffrent ip's have logged in (your ip and that from the hacker) Ask for a password reset or change it yourself. Anyway be sure to notify them if the server is hosted.
There is such thing. Hosted servers from hosts like fluctis for example. The have a webconsole which can be hacked into

Don't spread ignorant information, it is more than possible that someone has access to his server console.
If someone is indeed in the console, is this a hosted server? Is it on his computer, or on something such as a VPS?
