Happy_ghast skin Java 1.21.8

Hello :)
Im trying to put my happy ghast skin inside my texturepack as happy_ghast.png inside entity/ghast folder.
I downloaded the one I made here in the editor, but it seems to be very off and not work.
When I download it here somehow I get the size 64 x 32, and I see the default skin is 128 x 128. I dont know if it matters and how I get the right size.
This is also my first time making a texturepack so I appreciate the help I can get. Everything else seems to work fine. I just want my custom happy ghast to work :(
