I have builders block.Help!

I'm running a PVP,Post-apocalyptic,Faction,Nations at War server.The spawn is quite small and quite cramped.The spawn I want to build is going to be only for new players to spawn,pick a nation and leave.The problem is I don't know what to build or design of it.If you guys can toss some ideas left and right that would be great!
