Wow thx so much for the advice now I know where to go.
You can set up a blog for you server, u will need some cool art to get views on the blog to start with, then just write about the cool stuff your server has to offer, try to make people want to join YOUR server because its AWESOME!! (btw I'm sure your server is really cool anyways) and maybe get a good logo for your server or something
