I need a server machine which i can host minimum 3 servers with 200-300 people playing in them.

if you're hosting 200+ people the minimum requirements for a VANILLA server are:

RAM: 32GB
CPU: intel xeon 6 cores or ADM Opteron 6 cores
Root space: 120GB free space SSD
Backup and external data: 1TB
Up and down: min 100Mbps

But if you probably wont be constantly 240+ players maybe 50 min, you could get away with atleast I7 Quad Core and about 8GB RAM, But there is no argument your server will die in a few seconds with more than 30 people online at one time with a dual core.

Minecraft doesn't require a whole lot of processing power. A duel core should be able to do it.

If you plan on hosting from home, you are going to get a dedicated server with 15+gb of RAM, since you plan on hosting 3 or more servers at once.
