Having some problems.
Whenever I try to change my skin the option just says that I have to purchase minecraft before I can change it but I already have bought the game.
My texture pack folder isn't showing up and I've tried re-installing the game but it didn't work.

It's kinda fixed, I can't access minecraft.net but if you use minecraft.net/download or something like that you can access the site, and I've been able to change my skin now so I no longer need help.
And my resource pack folder is showing up, that may have just been because I'm using a new laptop. :3

Ya, this a pretty common problem (I can't even access the site). I think Microsoft's changes have begun.
