Is this 'mod' a bukkit plugin by any chance? Like what is the mod?
If it is a bukkit plugin it won't fit in a mods folder. If so, try this tutorial to make your own temporary bukkit server: https://bukkit.org/threads/tutorial-usi ... yer.66013/

Sorry, but theres alot of ways mods dont like to work, simply saying 'i can't upload forge mods' isn't helpful. Did you install correctly, how are you trying to add your mods? Please more detailed required
It worked before this Saturday and Sunday. I'm not sure what's wrong.
Did you add anything after piror to those days, Did you remove anything like jars etc?
