Hi i own a server and im starting donations and i need perms it is Group Manager and a need perms for staff too.The ranks are...
[Newbie]=Start off at this Rank
[Player]=Plays on the server for a amount of time
[Helper]=Helps other players
Donation Ranks:
[Member]=Donates $5
[VIP]=Donates $10
[Hero]=$20
Staff Ranks:
[Mod]
[Super-Mod]
[Head-Mod]
[T-Admin]
[Admin]=Gets Op
[Head-Admin]=Gets Op
[Owner]=Gets Op
Can someone do this for free you get NO RANK OR NO MONEY OR ANYTHING.

From the pernissions you have given people on here only Admin, Head Admin and Owner will be able to do any commands.
Im am asking for someone to make perms not saying what they can do.
