Does anyone know why?
And if I can get the server working,then I will recruit some people,and build a Proper server.
The IP Should be 86.148.132.178. maybe with :25565 on the end.

^ About to say he probably needs to port forward correctly. Or try if he has not.
What are your specs? Are you running this with a router? Are you port forwarding correctly? We need more info to address the problem
It would not let me join. Are you sure it has the default port?
25565 is the default port. It does not need to be trailing the IP. Only ports that aren't 25565 have to trail the end of the IP. I will attempt to join.
