okay so here is the story. i have a tekkit server that is filled with players that do not know how to play tekkit and just play like it is vanilla mine craft, this is causing the few experienced players who are still on my server to leave as it is a raiding & pvp server so if they are fighting players and raiding players who don't have anything decent to for them to take they are not getting the thrill of looting and having a tough fight therefor they are getting bored and leaving the server.I need some idea on how i can solve this issue and bring my server back from the brink of collapse. if you have any idea please help!

oooorrrr u can make it a bukkit server...
sounds good, i think ill try that.
On spawn, let new players compulsory go through some sort of tutorial, where they learn the tekkit basics. Like the macerator, treetap, etc you know what I mean. And maybe some links to helpful sites for tekkit. That way they atleast know what you do on tekkit.
