is there any way i can make a minecraft server without port forwarding? And before someone says "hamachi" i have a custom computer and hamachi doesn't like it. I would port forward i know how. its just that i don't actually have internet we use our neighbors. Finally if there is any way please tell me. If there isn't a possible way... then darn. thank you.

Yes. You can pay for a Minecraft host.
And just saying, I also have my custom built computer that I personally built. I don't see how it refuses your computer. Check your firewall maybe?

Ya i know you can pay for one xD. i just don't have alot of money.
