I know how the new update addresses structure saving and if you don't load them up they wont get saved...does that include player created things, example: an Airport or a City?
Also,
Which things (structures) won't get saved or will load up incorrectly?

That might be a problem...what if the world is like 3000x3000 blocks full of important thnings (a city)? Is there a program that will load up everything? I was able to do it in my server using a plugin on the same world, but i have like 5 worlds that size on single player.

Maybe you could use /speed (from Essentials), or /effect <player> <speed> <time> <amplifier> (not sure if this is from Essentials or not) to give yourself a lot of speed and just sprint around. It shouldn't take too long.

Do you have to travel the whole world or can you just join your world and then exit?

I forgot to load up my world and when I played on 1.7 nothing was there no grass no dirt no stone no bedrock
