Hi I have run a craftbukkit server before and i just got my computer fixed and but when i installed eerything corectly it wouldn't run... what do i do... it said "system cannot find path specified"

Hmm well my computer didnt recognize our network so we made a new one..
that might be a problem

If you can't connect through 24.8.105.233 then you haven't port-forwarded correctly.

THank you all for the help my server works i just cant get others to connect to it when i tried with the ip it didnt work but when i use "localhost" i connect just fine, if anyone wants to try and connect to see if its just me or what heres the IP: 24.8.105.233:25565

Change your run.bat Use different code lines until it works, thats what I did, If all does not work, make sure the run.bat is set to the description name of your craftbukkit

OK so i redid everything and the server starter still says "Failed to bind to port" "the exception was: java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind" "Perhaps a server is already running on that port?"

ah, try holding CTRL, ALT, DEL Hit start task manager, go to Processes. find anything names "Java" or along those lines, click it, and hit "End Process"

The servers didnt shut down correctly, and u have to manually close it. Hopefully this helped!

What is the error message? If it's still the same one you are trying to port forward the wrong ip

You have to port forward your computer's LAN IP address. If you follow that guide it will tell you how to port forward correctly.

Hey So that worked and then i went to do the port forwarding and it said "You can't use the Router's IP, network or broadcast address"

You need to specify the default run path for java. At the end of this guide (will work for 32-bit as well):
