A problem. I have a premium account and when i am going to join any premium server it always says bad login : Invalid session (Try to restart your game) I have restarted it about 100 times and it always says like that please help me!!

You should try getting on to a server quick in case it goes down again.
If you look on the PMC homepage there are minecraft service status indicators. At the moment There are 4 services down. The Multiplayer sessions, the accounts website, the accounts login and the authentication services are all down at the moment.
This mean you cannot log in, or join a multiplayer game.
*Edit* if you are already in a server then you will not be kicked, however you cannot re-join.

Are you restarting only the game or the launcher too?
