Servers cost money to run and a lot of time. If you really are desperate, buy one and have it managed by someone else. Servers are very complicated. Hope I helped!

I suggest trying to make one yourself (Look it up via Google or Youtube), if you get stuck then ask for help. People really don't like it when you just ask for stuff like this. Oh the ways of the internet!

Because if they host it, it wouldn't be up for long. and I'M SURE no one would host a server for you for free and no conditions.

Also because if they already have a server they won't want to make more than what they have already and if they make the whole server it won't be yours...it will be theirs :/

Servers tend to be hard to make, and people don't want to spend all night installing plugins for some random person they probably won't meet.
Not trying to sound mean, but no one will make you a server for free.
