I have multiverse portals and i have used my wand on the corners right click and left click so i right click on the top right and on the bottom left and did the command /mvp create (name) it said an internal error occured while attepmpting to preform this command

Address the problem in the title for the first thing, but to fix your problem disable world edit then set the portal, then re enabled world edit.
