Help about player check

Hi PMCers! I was just wondering if there was possibly a way to check EVERY player that has ever been on my server. I am turning to a white-list to keep the griefers off the server as we have been getting griefed a lot recently (we have core protect, I think it's just the economy) So I was wondering if there was anyway to see ALL the players that have been on my server. Thanks

Go into world folder then there is is folder called players. They should all be listed there
