Help! I can't find my building! :/

So my minecraft world corrupted not long ago and when I recovered it it changed where I was located in the world and as it is a flat world it is very hard to find my buildings that I built at it's old spawn (it's changed now) is there any way to find it easily? I could do it if I had its old seed but it changed when I recovered the world. Is there any way to find the seed?

Please help!
