Help! I can join my Bukkit server but no one else can!

I need Help! I have watched several youtube videos, and port forwarded it correctly. I have done all i can in the firewall, allowed minecraft and everyting! This is what canyouseeme.org said to me when my server was ON! Error: I could not see your service on 99.16.90.61 on port (25565)
Reason: Connection timed out
