Help I can't upload my server

A user named cbearrage posted a fraud server with my server's ip address. I can't upload my server because his server "evolvecraft" is already On the list. I own the ip 199.30.24.49:25565, and it leads to my server, apothiccraft. In fact, to prove it, ask me to change the motd. I can change it to anything because I am the owner and I own the console.
Please remove the fraudulent evolvecraft, so that I may post my server.
