HELP! I CANT CONNECT TO SERVERS! :(

HELP! Whenever i try to connect to some servers, it says "failed to log in: java.IOException: Server Returned HTTP Response Code" and some other random crap! I know a lot of others had this problems, but i fixed itself for them, but not for me! I've checked on mojang.com/help and it says servers are fine. My friends are able to connect but not me! I've even tried force-updating, redownloading mc, playing in browser, and using a different account! but it doesnt work! Help!
