Well it depends if the server is also In Dev server version
Hello! First of all, make sure that in the technic launcher's top left hand corner it says "Tekkit". If not, drop down the box and select Tekkit. Then, in the bottom right, click on options. Choose Manual Build Selection and scroll all the way up on the list and choose the latest build, which should be 3.1.2. It should work after that! If you have any other problems, PM me xD
