If you have messed up your .yml or getting an error ingame when trying to use a permissions command. paste your permissions.yml to http://yaml-online-parser.appspot.com/ and it will tell you where the error is, simply fix that copy it paste to permissions.yml do a simple reload/restart and it's fixed!
Its due to Skywars.For Fixing it u need to open skywars config.
1.Open Config.
2.Find chat-handled-by-other-plugin
3.Change This chat-handled-by-other-plugin: false to chat-handled-by-other-plugin: true.
