Hello all,
So I have nearly all of my plugins up and running - all except Essentials. For some reason every time I try and change the config.yml and then restart the server it gives me this error:
4:05:33 PM CONSOLE: [INFO] File K:\UserFiles\TAYLORS\GameServers\TC80687442743266225385261\Minecraft\plugins\Essentials\config.yml is not utf-8 encoded, trying UTF-8
4:05:33 PM CONSOLE: [SEVERE] The file K:\UserFiles\TAYLORS\GameServers\TC80687442743266225385261\Minecraft\plugins\Essentials\config.yml is broken, it has been renamed to K:\UserFiles\TAYLORS\GameServers\TC80687442743266225385261\Minecraft\plugins\Essentials\config.yml.broken.1368112041612

And it only seems to happen when I change the currency symbol. Does anyone have any ideas?

.....or do exactly what bukkit is failing to do, and encode the file properly after editting. Though, I'm not sure minecraft even supports UTF8

You can't change currency symbol on essentials... derp lol You need a plugin like iConomy to change the currency
