Help Figure Out My Problem

So usually I am the one helping people who need help with servers, but this time I have no clue what is wrong with my own server. I updated my computer from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 and after updating came across an issue. The server starts fine and runs like normal. The problem is no one can connect. I checked to make sure ports were still forwarded correctly and they were. I checked the firewall settings on the computer as well and that is set properly. Enjin says the server is online, so I have no clue what is wrong.

Fixed! Just was a firewall issue I guess even though I checked that.

I know the server is running on port 25565 from the address 0.0.0.0 according to Netstat on my computer.

Also want to add I use MCMyadmin and can connect to that fine.
