I am admin of a 70 slot server, and it is really cool. It has Towny, TF2, Mob Arena, An Epic Spawn, Spleef, Narnia, Shops, and so much more. Our player base is about 7 people. I can't seem to get anyone on teh server even though it is really cool! Please help me get some people online and give me suggestions! it is really stressful writing long advertisements and having nobody join! Thanks!

Don't ever advertise on other servers. It's very bad for your server's reputation.
Also, try getting some ads on sites, or swapping links with other servers. That should bring you more traffic, but NEVER advertise on another server.

Well if you happen to be popular on youtube or know someone popular, have them say your server IP on their channel to help you out. Become popular on several websites and have the IP in your signature. Crack your server to allow a wider audience (add a password plugin if you do this). Advertise more.
Well i do this with my server its a funny way to do things but i get my staff to advertis the server on popular servers until they get banned and keep doing it
that's a really big dick move............. spamming on other servers wont get you anywhere so don't try it. i have never spammed a single time and i have a 20-30 player base after school hours and i have at least 1 player on at all times.
