HELP INVISIBLE BLOCKS!!!

So I was playing Minecraft and then all of a sudden I got a small lag spike and all the blocks in my world disappeared. I tried it in a MP server and a different SP world and the same thing happened. Please help me! I can't enjoy Minecraft like this

It's probably your graphics drivers. The same thing happened to me. The first few times my computer wanted to be a piece of shit and not update Then it FINALLY updated, and byebye anti-textures!
go low on graphics setting in minecraft, remove resource packs, check if you have mods, restart cp
If your using a texture pack, try taking that off...
Restart your computir
