This is this Falling Leaves-resource-pack, and it works fine in 1.16,
but whenever I change it to 1.17 by updating the mcdata to 7, it breaks.
The leaves just float instead of fall...
Can somebody help me?

Updating the meta-file doesn't make something automagically work with a newer version. See if there is a newer version available, and/or the creator will update it.

well, i actually didn't know what is this bug/error. but you can report the bug for the creator...
