Hi the only way I can think of to fix this is to deactivate all mods or plugins on your server and then reboot and check console if you don't get errors reinstall each mod or plugin one by one until you find the one responsible for the problem.
what modpack is that? also its really odd to see mod source being the minecraft jar itself, it also looks like minejurassic is doing something funky with rendering
