It couldn't load your shaders config, go look in your shaders directory (For you: C:\Users\Alfrits Tommy Nesa\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft/bin/shader/) and see if it's there, if it isn't try creating it manually, if it is try a clean Minecraft install and reinstall GLSL. I used to have the same problem, but I upgraded my pc. What are you pc specs.
You should update to 1.6.2
