I Have the same problem but i am on a mac! HEEELP!
I used to have this, I just went and downloaded Camtasia Studio 8 and I had no lag, I used fraps and I think it uses up allot of your computer and that is the reason why. For some reason Camtasia dosen't lag at all. Give it a try!
Just get razer game booster. Very good, makes minecraft run very fast.

Ok man, you will not be disappointed, a dedicated gpu really makes your machine a beast
Remember OC your CPU for even greater performance!

Okay so my processor is alrite? idont need to upgrade it?
WEll AMD Athlon's are nice processors and will do perfectly unless you really have the money to get a bigger better one. I can't really advise you on a processor as it depends on so many factors.
okay well thank you for the help i hope i can record with that graphics card and get no lag
Hmm, well its only 512mb DDR2 you really want something with at least 1gb of ddr3 vram or your not going to get much performance.
ohh can you find me a good one on bestbuy.com?
wait so my processor is good rite?
I have just found this, very good card and in your budget

would this be a good one? Jaton Corp - Radeon 3450 Graphic Card - 512 MB DDR2 SDRAM - PCI Express 2.0 x16
You need a graphics card! Athlon II x2 are fine, 2.8ghz is enough too. You probably have a rubbish intergrated graphics card and that's what makes you lag. Your CPU is fine. you could try overclock it to like 3.3ghz if you know what you are doing.
Graphics card is a must! That is why your lagging! 5GB ram is good too.

Okay thanks do you know what would be a better graphics card for me
What sort of budget do you have, then I can tell you.
would there be anything around 200$
I think it's ok for recprding videos. Tell me if you have any problems.
It lags a little bit so do you know what i need to upgrade?
