Help! My minecraft wont work!

Whenever I try to join this one server, I get an error that says

PLEASE HELP!

Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderExcpetion: java.io.IOException:Bad packet id 57

If it is updated, it might just be down for awhile.

If you are on 1.7.2 it may still be a 1.6.4 server. Either that or it is down. Hope this helps

The server hasnt updated to 1.7.2 yet use 1.6.4
