HELP!!MinecraftServer-PlotMe and factions

I have multi wold plugin so i made a plot-me world so there can be creative plots and i found a glitch sort of when they have creative in the plot me world then do /f home with the factions plugin it dosent take them off of creative it will transfer all there items over i need help maybe disabling a command in the world or removing the plugin from the world something to make them not use it thanks!
