Ok Hey Guys, So This Is My Problem;
I Own A Server Called DragonzVille Survival (New, Only 6 weeks old) (Ip is 5.66.163.0) and i really want help coding a android app which will allow players to read news updates (that i post onto something) and whatever i post, will appear on the app realtime and live.

I don't think that's possible, And even if it is i'm pretty sure it will cost a bit and actually will need you to have a popular server to add a app about your server.
I have to agree with what Luko said, however you could allways try the bukkit forums. There may even be something like this allready.
