Help needed on Essentials warp signs (They are not working)

I have had lots of experience with Minecraft servers, but I have never seen what is happening to me.
Ok, so EssentialsX warp signs on my 1.11 server are not working.
I have them enabled in the config. (I removed the hashtag on line 218 next to '- warp')
I have per sign permissions disabled.
Everyone on the server has the permissions:
essentials.signs.use.*
essentials.signs.use.warp
I even wrote "Everyone" on line 3 of each warp sign!
The signs do become colored.
The signs work for ops but not for players. (This leads me to think it's something to do with permissions.)
I have no clue what is going on.
If anyone needs more info, please tell me!

I'd recommend ensuring your plugins are all updated, and that you don't have any other shop plugins, better, any plugins interfering with this one. It could be another shop plugin you have installed messing with it, or a plugin messing with signs??? I would definitely check console on boot up and whenever you try to make a sign.

In the essentials config file, you may have to enable the use of the signs.

Are these signs around the spawnpoint of each world? If so I've had a similar issue - Go into the server.properties file and change spawn-protection to 1. If you have WorldGuard, this shouldn't be a problem as your spawn should be protected with a region. Let me know if the problem consists though.

For now, players are using /warp (/warp works for them)
