Help needed with restoring files.

Hello, I need help finding where certain data is located.
not too long ago I got that one fatal error (that one invalid java runtime error) and had to delete my .minecraft folder, but instead of deleting it I moved it to a separate drive so I still have all the data and files. while moving the .minecraft folder I backed-up some important folders (saves and resourcepacks), but not knowing that my saved toolbars were a file thing and not an account thing, I didn't look for and files/folders containing that data. now about two days later, I'm replacing folders one by one then launching minecraft and checking if my toolbars are there, and if not, I repeat. I've gone through almost every folder now and still haven't found the right file.
so with all that said, I hope someone out there is able to find the location of what I'm looking for and how to restore it.

if your still wondering why I cant just make new toolbars, I have all of the inaccessible items and some memories I cant just get back, plus a set of broken test gear with level 10-50 enchantments for when I need it, AND a firework rocket that can one-shot the warden. (don't get me started on that one...)

I think the toolbars are saved in playerdata in the .dat file of your player.
AND if you play singleplay, a copy is save in the level.dat too.
In Singleplayer the saved player in the level.dat will always be used first.
