HI PMC I need help so I am thinking of hosting a Minecraft Server and I want to know if there are any free Minecraft server hosts that you can host a 24/7 server on??

I tried looking for free hosts once, I only found one and it was the one UnceCrafter mentioned. I suggest you look for donations, once you earn the donations, you spend them on the server.

As far as I am concerned there are NO free hosts. There is one but it is very ristricted. There is only 4 slots, you have to pay for custom maps and you have to pay to add plugins
