Hi Im going insane trying to fix Launch4j Please help me before I bash my laptop with an axe.

I've Reinstalled java I mad it a .jar file and nether of those didn't work I have a windows 8 laptop and i'm admin of a server so please Help me out

Delete System/:C and start over.
