Help! /playsound command not working

I did everything correct to make my resource pack. i had two custom sounds with .ogg format. One is a pokemon soundtrack that is about 7 minutes, another is a Worms soundtrack that is 2 minutes and 44 seconds. I type the name of the sounds in the command block correctly but is just says " @: Playing WormsWorldPartyTheme to Bryan_69 and no damn music playing. I wonder whats wrong, because of my mc version, it cant play audio files that are more than 60 seconds? Please if you know anything that can help me, just tell me.
