Help Me Please

The Problem:
I start up my vanilla defualt server (Just for a couple friends of mine) and it seems that I can join but my friends (all of them) tell meTHEY cannot. I redid all the port fowarding twice and still nothing. I fiddled with the "Server" notepad page with "Online" and "PVP" and all that for half a hour. Still nothing, could anyolne help me out please? Just in case you are wondering the server IS NOT Lan.

Remake the server (Although save the map file, if you builded stuff).
