Ok, I've been trying to set up my own minecraft server for about a week now and I can't get it to work! I've portforwarded and everything, but every time someone tries to join it says can't reach server. I've checked the port with a port checker tool and it says it's not open. I've followed instructions on how to forward a port on my router, and it still doesn't work. Please help!

It's very difficult to tell somebody exactly how to forward a port as each and every router will have a different GUI for the router config pages and therefore different methods of port forwarding. All I can recommend that you do is google "(router model) port forward"

I don't know you so why should I let you screw with my computer over team viewer? Also I have the port forwarded, but when people try to connect to my server they get connection refused: connect. Also, I re-port forwarded, and it's still closed, and I know I did it right.
I want to help but it can only with teamviewer. You need to add me on skype
