Help please.
I have tried everything to try get help with my server. i need help with plugins in premissionsex or groupmanager witch ever one is better to use. and how to install mods on my server to get them working. i downloaded mcforge and tried to use it but didn't work for 1.7.2 or 1.7.5 idk why. i changed my server to 1.7.2 and 1.7.5. but when it didnt' work i made my server back to 1.7.9 so is there any way to make it work on my server tho? i have teamspeak so if you can please help me out teamspeak is easy and free to talk. be happy to get my server more updates for my users please and thank you.

It's simple once you get to learn everything,
Server
For permissions, it doesn't matter as long as you're willing to learn how to use them. I prefer GroupManager because I learned it first and I think it's easier to use (again, it's a matter of opinion, no facts.)
To install plugins, just download the plugin (should be a .jar file) and drag them into your plugins folder.
To play your server with Forge, make your server 1.7.2 (because 1.7.9 forge has not been released.. yet)
Minecraft
Backup your .minecraft folder located in AppData\Local\.minecraft (google it).
Delete the .minecraft folder (not the backup! the one located in the local folder)
Make sure there's no .minecraft folder anywhere in the Local folder.
Launch Minecraft, select version 1.7.2, then Play.
A green bar should appear which indicates that it's downloading the required files.
Now, once Minecraft has launched. Close it.
Download Forge from here: http://files.minecraftforge.net/ (1.7.2 Recommended) - 1.7.2 was the latest, safe version of Forge Minecraft at the time of this writing.
Install Forge.
Launch the Minecraft launcher.
There should already be a new Forge profile but if not: create a new profile, name it Forge, and look for a version where it says Forge.1.7.2590178 when you select the version of the profile.
Play Minecraft with the Forge profile. You should now have a forge version with Minecraft.
To install mods, download the mod, and simply drag them into your .minecraft/mods folder. (Google where .minecraft is located and how to get there)
Now start your server and join it with your modded Minecraft (1.7.2 FORGE minecraft and 1.7.2 Server together)
You should now be able to play on your server with a forge version of minecraft.

The thing is, i don't think your minecraft was modded, only the server.
