Help-please

Hi so i want to build a house using schematica but i keep missing out blocks and stuff because of the blocks ontop. is there a way to use it but it does like a layer at a time?

I don't believe there is an option for Schematica to build in layers. You could save the house in slices and load each one after the other. If the schematic is not from something you already built,
  1. Get WorldEdit for singleplayer
  2. Copy the schematic file into .minecraft/config/worldedit
  3. Create a singleplayer world in creative mode
  4. Do //schem load SchematicName, then //paste
  5. Use Schematica to save the house in layers
