I have a server and i have no idea what to make it about, i have considered pvp/factions but not many people play on that. I want your idea on what I should use. I have a team of staff and more but no idea please help.

well now i already have a idea, im making a prison server.
Make a server with multiple worlds, one for pvp and factions, one for creative, and one for regular survival.
anyone?
