Ok so I have a 1.13.2 server and I got a 1.8.8 one and I'm a dev and I tried to make a plugin that spawns particles and like wth I can't figure out how HOW DO I SPAWN PARTICLES WITH THE 1.8.8 BUILD PATH WTH plllllz help

It’s still not working I tried doing Effect.particleThatIwant but Effect. Doesn’t contain particles I tried Particle. Nothing worked I tried ParticleEffect. It’s just NOT WORKING agh
