HELP pvp itemdrops

So, I am using world guard, and I set it to item-drop deny, because I dont want players dropping items when they die or when they r pvping, but when they die, I want their invemtory to be cleared? Can someone help me do this with world guard or a plugin (with multiworld support) to do this?
