Help server ping isnt working

The server cant be pinged minechat and ive tried just about everything and it still doesnt work at all for some reason... ive had the server host help look into it, im going to be working with the minechat owner today to try to fix this and i dont know what else i could do, im just trying to find out if im over looking over something simple.
