Help!! Server says its not on?

Hi. So I restarted my server a few times, but i turn it on again and it says its not on for me.. Its a bukkit server, port forwarded and stuff.. why does it say that? I can even connect with local host! the ip and port are right but I have my run.bat file open right now and it says my server is not on. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP1!!!!!!!

If it says offline mode. Means you need to change online-mode to true in server.properties.
