HELP SHADERS?

My shaders mod wont let me play minecraft and it says when I try to delete the folder it just says the file is already open in something and its not. And Minecraft wont let me do anything!

open task manager
select the tab processes
find the processes called javaw.exe select them and press end process then press ok
the files will now longer be open in java

log off and log back on again
