Help shading skins

First off i wanna state that i;m pretty good when it comes to shading skins but i need help finding a faster way to shade. Shading for me takes a few hours iv seen people shade in 20 minutes time, most people spend a lot of time with detail i'm good when it comes to detail its the shading i'm having trouble with. So if anyone that's good with shading skins please pm me or write in the comments thanks
